The popularización of the mountain sports has lead to its regulation from the perspective of the tourism and the conservation of the medio ambiente.
It was necessary to also impel an own legal optics of the mountain ones that was of utility at the moment for legislating, conciliating the protection and the benefit of natural means and avoiding the prohibitions.

One is not to propose that it is legislated but to offer a useful tool to the sportsmen and its organizations when arrives the moment for regulating matters such as senderismo, scaling, encamped, reduction of precipices, I bivouac, mountain refuges, companies of active tourism, insurances of civil responsibility, mountain aid or activities in protected natural spaces. In addition it seems necessary on both sides to contribute unifying criteria of the invisible autonomic border lines: it is possible to be encamped in the North face but in the south of a same mountain or it is not possible to be climbed in the right margin of a river but not in the left.

SLOPE JURIDICA Of the MONTAÑISMO is one of the fruits of the work made in the Project of Investigation "Bases for a legal regulation of the sport in the mountain", developed from the University of Zaragoza in 1999 and 2000. The books, also destined to the reader nonjurist, offer a general approach to these subjects by means of extracted examples of the legislation of the different Independent Communities. The publication completes with annexed legislative that incorporates autonomic norms on senderismo, mountain refuges, companies of active tourism and caving, as well as documents of the I Seminary on Natural Spaces Protected and Mountain Sports.

With abundant photographies and illustrations, something nonhabitual in right books.
